A one-time $149 office visit fee covers your travel vaccine consultation, and any travel prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. The fee is charged once per trip—even if you receive more than one vaccine during the visit.

About Dr. Sachdev
Rajveer Sachdev, MD
Dr. Rajveer Sachdev is double board-certified by the American Boards of Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He additionally is a practicing diabetologist with a strong clinical focus on diabetes, obesity, and cardiometabolic disease. Deeply committed to advancing care in these areas, Dr. Sachdev is a speaker at medical conferences and has served as a principal investigator in clinical trials.

Driven by his passion for improving patient outcomes, Dr. Sachdev founded D.O.C. MD (Diabetes, Obesity & Cardiometabolic Disease), a practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with metabolic health conditions.

In addition to his expertise in metabolic medicine, Dr. Sachdev has a special interest in travel medicine. He is certified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a Yellow Fever Vaccination Provider and Travel Medicine physician. He is also designated by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a Civil Surgeon, authorized to perform immigration medical examinations.
